2027 Signature Offer Terms & Conditions
Booking Window:
1 September – 31 December 2026.
Travel Window:
3 January – 15 December 2027.
Superseding Previous Offers:
These 2027 Safari Herd Holidays Signature Offers
supersede all previous Safari Herd Holidays promotional
offers relating to the complimentary experiences featured herein.
Bookings must be confirmed within the applicable booking
window, with travel taking place between
3 January and 15 December 2027.
1. Qualification:
Safari Herd Holidays 2027 Signature Offers apply to
qualifying new bookings and are subject to promotional
allocation and availability.
The qualifying booking must include a Kenya or
Kenya & Tanzania safari arranged through
Safari Herd Holidays.
2. One Signature Experience:
One complimentary Signature Experience applies per
qualifying booking.
Signature Offers cannot be combined unless expressly
authorised in writing by Safari Herd Holidays.
3. Guest Basis:
Complimentary experiences are based on two adults
sharing unless otherwise specified.
Additional guests are charged separately.
4. Giraffe Manor:
Giraffe Manor stays remain subject to accommodation
availability and applicable property, room allocation
and booking conditions.
5. Gorilla Trekking:
Gorilla trekking experiences remain subject to permit
availability, applicable age and health requirements,
government regulations and the relevant wildlife
authority conditions.
6. Zanzibar:
The Zanzibar complimentary benefit covers the first
two nights for two adults sharing at a participating
selected resort in the applicable promotional room
category and meal plan confirmed by Safari Herd Holidays.
Resort selection is subject to travel dates,
contracted rates, availability and promotional allocation.
7. Additional Services:
Additional guests, nights, rooms, upgrades,
supplements, flights, transfers, meals and other
services outside the specified complimentary benefit
are charged separately.
8. Taxes & Statutory Charges:
Government taxes, statutory levies, mandatory insurance
and locally payable charges may remain payable where applicable.
9. No Cash Value:
Complimentary benefits have no cash value,
cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot
be transferred to an unrelated booking.
10. Existing Bookings:
These offers cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings
confirmed before the applicable promotional booking window,
unless expressly authorised in writing by Safari Herd Holidays.
11. General Booking Conditions:
Standard Safari Herd Holidays booking, payment,
amendment and cancellation conditions apply.
