Our 10 Days Tanzania Classic Safari will let you explore the classic game lands of Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and the fabled Serengeti. You will have an opportunity to spy dozens of species of birds cavorting in the trees to the extraordinary rewarding game drives on the crater floor and gaze out at the natural extravaganza of the Serengeti.

Itinerary

Day 1 & 2: En Route to Kilimanjaro Airport, Arusha Tanzania

Our 10 Days Tanzania Classic Safari begins as you enplane for Africa. Meet and greet upon arrival, thereafter you will be transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge lying on the gently rolling foothills that cascade down from the ever-present Mount Meru is the bustling and vibrant town of Arusha.

Day 3 & 4: Tarangire National Park

Morning breakfast is served followed by check-out; our driver-guide will transfer you by road. Tarangire National Park is Africa's most underrated parks during dry season (July to October). It's a place where elephants dot the plains like cattle, and where lion roars and zebra barks fill the night. It is this nostalgic sparkle that is all too visible in the eyes of the ‘grown-ups’ who gaze upon Tarangire Treetops for the first time. . Within this imaginary existence many of us will have climbed and played high up in the bows and branches and, for the lucky few, built a ‘palace’ in the sky. Treetops’main lodge, built around a thousand year old baobab with 20 famous lovingly crafted tree houses, elevated for sweeping views of the park, are extraordinarily large, airy, and utterly magical. We will spend our two nights discovering the big game and spying dozens of species of birds cavorting in the trees of Tarangire.

Day 5 & 6: Ngorongoro Crater

A sumptuous breakfast is served at the lodge; we will make our lovely drive to the Crater Highlands and up to the reposeful cabins of Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge. Spend your late afternoon in an enchanting game drive; Ngorongoro Crater is considered to be one of the Wonders of the Natural World and is a veritable haven for wildlife as wonderful as the views are from above, the real magic happens when you get down inside and drive among an unparalleled concentration of wildlife, including the highest density of both lions and overall predators in Africa. One of the continent's premier attractions.

Day 7 - 9: Serengeti National Park

Sumptuous breakfast is served followed by check-out; you will be transferred to Lake Manyara airstrip for your scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park. Few people forget their first encounter with the Serengeti. Perhaps it's the view from Naabi Hill at the park's entrance, from where the grasslands appear to stretch to the ends of the earth. Or maybe it's a coalition of lions stalking across open plains, their manes catching the breeze. Or it could be wildebeest and zebra migrating in their millions, following the ancient rhythm of Africa's seasons. Whatever it is, welcome to one of the greatest wildlife-watching destinations on earth. On arrival you will proceed with en-route game drive to the Serengeti Migration Camp tucked away in kopje-esque rocks just above the Grumeti River. The main lodge has a split-level lounge, a swimming pool, and a dandy restaurant, and each of Migration Camp’s 20 tents is encircled by a deck, a private sanctuary from which to gaze out at the natural extravaganza below and beyond.

Day 10: Arusha, Tanzania

Sumptuous breakfast is served which is a perfect way to cap off your visit to the Serengeti National Park; our driver-guide with transfer you to the nearest airstrip to catch your flight to Arusha. You will be transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge for a day room and lunch; spend your afternoon at leisure depending on your flight timing. Bid you farewell, thereafter our driver-guide will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your own ward travel arrangements. End of Safari
